Drew
Powell, who played Fish Mooney's former chief henchman Butch Gilzean on the first season of Gotham, will
be promoted to series regular come the second season of Fox's Batman prequel
show.
With
Mooney out of the way, Butch will now serve the new King of Gotham's
underworld, The Penguin.
The
actor joins the list of former guest stars promoted to series regulars, which includes Morena Baccarin, Nicholas D'Agosto, and Chris Chalk.
