Being one of three major studios to have skipped San Diego Comic-Con,
Paramount Pictures has released through the time-tested ways of the YouTube a
short but exhilarating featurette for Christopher McQuarrie's Mission:
Impossible - Rogue Nation.
Tom "no stunt double required" Cruise takes to new heights in
this new behind-the-scenes that focuses on the shooting of the airplane scene
featured in all or almost all trailers and other promotional materials.
Opening on July 31st, Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation also stars, Simon
Pegg, Rebecca Ferguson, Jeremy Renner, Ving Rhames, Alec Baldwin, Sean Harris,
and Simon McBurney.
The new flick finds Hunt’s highly effective but destructive Impossible
Mission Force (IMF) disbanded by vengeful Washington bureaucrats such as the
CIA chief (played by Alec Baldwin). But Hunt pulls his team together (Jeremy
Renner, Simon Pegg, Ving Rhames and newcomer Rebecca Ferguson) to battle the
shadowy force known as “The Syndicate” and its elusive leader (Sean Harris).
