Hardy, Warner Bros. has released the legacy trailer for George Miller's highly
anticipated Mad Max: Fury Road, featuring footage from both the initial trilogy, and from the long awaited new film.
Opening on May 15, 2015, Mad
Max: Fury Road also stars Tom Hardy as Max Rockaransky, Charlize Theron as
Imperator Furiosa, Nicholas Hoult as Nux, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley as
Splendid, Zoe Kravitz as Toast, Josh Helman as Slit, and Hugh Keays-Byrne as Immortan
Joe.
Haunted by his turbulent past,
Mad Max believes the best way to survive is to wander alone.
Nevertheless, he becomes swept up with a group fleeing across the Wasteland in
a War Rig driven by an elite Imperator, Furiosa. They are escaping a Citadel
tyrannized by the Immortan Joe, from whom something irreplaceable has been
taken. Enraged, the Warlord marshals all his gangs and pursues the rebels
ruthlessly in the high-octane Road War that follows.
