Earlier last month comic
book author Mark Millar (Wanted, Kick-Ass, The Secret Service) revealed that he
believed that screenplays for Starlight or Chrononauts were being written and
that hopefully one or the other, if not both would be next in getting the big
screen treatment.
Now according to
Deadline, Universal Pictures has optioned Millar and Sean Gordon Murphy's Chrononauts,
which will have the writer of five Fast & Furious films including Furious 7
as its producer.
In Chrononauts Corbin
Quinn and Danny Reilly are two buddies who love to have fun. They're also
scientific geniuses. When their research leads them to a time-traveling
adventure, will they use their knowledge for the good of all mankind? Or use
the space-time continuum for their own ends? This is the story of man's first,
