Last week Variety
reported that Idris Elba was in early talks to play the villain in next year's
Star Trek 3. The news outlet also revealed that though not confirmed the word
was that Klingons were going to be the threequel main antagonists. Well two
plus two equals seven, and all of the sudden Elba was in talks to play a
villainous Klingon in the upcoming film.
Speaking to Absolute
Radio, Simon Pegg, who is writing the script alongside Doug Jung says that he's
not sure if Elba is in the film or not, and if he is, he is not a Klingon.
