After Sir Ben Kingsley, Mark Strong, and Tom Hiddleston, Nicholas Hoult is the
latest celebrity attached to Jaguar, and this past Saturday while promoting
the car company at SXSW the actor revealed some behind the curtain information
regarding his role in the future of the X-Men franchise.
"This is
the last one I'm signed up for," said the actor while promoting the new
Jaguar XE.
However,
unless his character is not needed in future X-Men movies, the actor says that
he would definitely like to return.
"The first one did so well and [Days of Future Past] got
received so brilliantly," Hoult said. "It's like, 'Wow, people really
want to see the films' and the best thing is it's a great crew and cast to work
with and he's a fun character. I have a good time playing him so I'd keep
making them."
The actor is set to reprise his role alongside James
McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence, Rose Byrne in Bryan Singer's May
27th X-Men: Apocalypse, which will also see Alexandra Shipp, Sophie Turner, Tye
Sheridan, Oscar Isaac, and Kodi Smit-McPhee join the franchise as Storm, Jean
Grey, Cyclops, Apocalypse, and Nightcrawler respectively.
