It looks like
Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje is switching comic book allegiances from Marvel, where he played Algrim/Kurse in Thor: The Dark World over to DC, where according
to The Wrap he will play Waylon Jones, better known as Killer Croc in
writer/director David Ayer's Suicide Squad.
So far the
Warner Bros. follow-up to Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice stars Margot
Robbie (Harley Quinn), Will Smith (Deadshot), Jared Leto (Joker), Jai Courtney
(Captain Boomerang), Cara Delevingne (Enchantress), Joel Kinnaman (Rick Flagg),
Viola Davis (Amanda Waller), Scott Eastwood (rumored to play Steve Trevor), and
Jay Hernandez (El Diablo).
Jesse Eisenberg is also
expected to reprise his Lex Luthor rolerom Batman v Superman.
Akinnuoye-Agbaje is best known for his
role as Mr. Eko on ABC's Lost and HBO's Oz.
Suicide Squad premieres on
August 5, 2016.
