Marvel Entertainment
has officially announced that Boy Meets World actor Will Friedle has join the
cast of their upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy animated series as Star-Lord.
Besides the 90's hit series, Friedle also has an extensive voice resume. The
actor voiced Lion-O in the recent Thundercats reboot, Terry McGinnis in Batman
Beyond, Blue Beetle in Batman: The Brave and the Bold, Deadpool in Ultimate
Spider-Man, and much more.
In addition to
Friedle, actors Kevin Michael Richardson (Groot), and Trevor Devall (Rocket
Raccoon) have already joined the upcoming animated series that should premiere
this year.
