Disney and Marvel
Entertainment have announced that famed voiced actor Kevin Michael Richardson will
be voicing Groot in the upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy animated series.
Richardson's voice and talent are ideal to follow Vin Diesel's performance in
the James Gunn film.
This will be a return
to the character for the veteran voice actor, who previously voiced him in an
episode of Marvel's Avengers Assemble titled Guardians and Space Knights.
