Earlier today The Wrap
reported that Friday Night Lights star Jay Hernandez was in talks to join
writer/director David Ayer's Suicide Squad and that there was a chance the he
would appear in the same cellblock as Joker. Now according to the Latino Review
(so take it with a grain of salt), Hernandez will be playing Chato Santana, aka
El Diablo. They claim that it will be a small role, but also seem to confirm The
Wrap's suspicions that he will appear in Joker's cellblock because according to
them we will meet El Diablo in the part of the prison where the super-powered criminals are jailed, like Killer Frost, Live Wire, King Shark, and Block Buster.
