It seems that despite
all the rumors, explosive hacks, and deals with Marvel Studios, Sony's planed Amazing
Spider-Man universe is still moving forward with Andrew Garfield as Peter
Parker, aka Spider-Man, and Dane Dehaan as the Green Goblin.
Bill Beckman's casting agency
as put out a call for "extras, male/female, 18-65, all races/ethnicities"
for the upcoming The Amazing Spider-Man 3 to shot in Atlanta, Georgia, however
the title of the project sounds suspicious since The Amazing Spider-Man 3 is
only schedule to hit theaters sometime in 2018, could this be the production
title for Sinister Six, which is set to hit theaters in November 11, 2016?
Whatever the case may be and despite my hatred for The
Amazing Spider-Man 2, it's good to see that the studio decided to move ahead
with the franchise and not reboot it.
