According to TV Line
NYPD Blue star Charlotte Ross is set to make a return in the upcoming eighteenth
episode of Arrow. Ross' portrayal of Felicity's mother Donna Smoak was well received
by critics and fans alike, so it isn't a surprise at all that she was asked to
come back.
Arrow returns on
Wednesday January 21st.
