This
year actor Lee Pace starred in two high-profile movies, Marvel's Guardians of
the Galaxy, and The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies. In Guardians the
actor played Ronan a mad authoritarian hell-bent on killing an entire
civilization and planet, but as so often happens with villains he died at the
hands of our heroes. Now speaking to Spinoff the actor revealed that he had
such a great time working on the movie that he would another one in a heartbeat.
"Oh,
I love those guys. I love those movies. It was such a privilege to be a part of
that world. I would do anything. I’d be hidden completely again." Pace goes on to say whether he would do another Marvel film, "I mean, I’ll do anything that they
want to do. I mean, you just get so few opportunities to be creative like that.
I’ve been lucky to have two this year, but I loved it. I absolutely loved it." Pace continues, "I’ll
do anything they want to do, and no one doesn’t like the guys that do those
movies. It’s just so creative – Kevin Feige and the whole team, they just make
fun movies. I mean, with big characters in them and real performances. I’ll do anything, anything they
want."
Unless
Marvel decides to bring back Ronan from the dead it's unlikely that Pace will
have yet another live-action role in a Marvel movie, however he could always
voice a CG character.
