Here is our first
look at Spartacus star Nick Tarabay as Digger Harkness, aka Captain Boomerang.
"Harkness will be a former A.R.G.U.S
operative, highly skilled in martial arts and espionage, with a deadly thirst
for vengeance against his former employers."
Harkness is set to make his debut on the seventh episode of Arrow's
third season, and return in the follow-up episode, which will be the crossover
with The Flash.
