Boardwalk Empire, True Detective, American Hustle, and
Silver Linings Playbook actor Shea Whigham has joined the cast of Marvel's
Agent Carter as Carter's boss.
According to Deadline, the actor will be playing "tough but fair-minded SSR Chief Roger Dooley,
the man who will oversee Agents Carter (Atwell), Thompson (Chad Michael Murray)
and Sousa (Enver Gjokaj)."
Actor James D'Arcy also recently
joined the show as Howard Stark's trusty butler Jarvis.
