The guys over at
Schmoes Know claim to have a scoop about the look of Aquaman in the upcoming Batman
v Superman: Dawn of Justice. According to the site, Aquaman is "going
to look like a surfer essentially with tribal tattoos and all that jazz."
It has been rumored that Aquaman
will be extremely angry at Superman because of the damage caused to the Indian
Ocean by General Zod and his World Engine in Man of Steel, but apparently there
is more. The site also says that in the scene in Man of Steel where Clark is
saving the men on that oil rig and then falls into the ocean and some whales
are spotted, well those whales were apparently sent by Aquaman.
"Aquaman
sent the whales to save Supes and make sure he was okay, which makes sense
considering we never actually see how Supes gets back to shore in the film. He
sees the whales and then it cuts to him walking on land, which could mean they
were saving the swim back for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice."
As always take
it with a grain of salt, but what do you think of Aquaman's supposed surfer
look, and his connection to Man of Steel?
