It looks like the Power Rangers movie is really moving
forward. According to THR, X-Men: First Class screenwriters Ashley Miller and
Zack Stentz, have boarded the Power Rangers movie, which is set-up at
Lionsgate.
In addition, Roberto Orci will help develop the story,
but will mainly act as one of the movie's executive producer.
The
new movie promises to completely re-envision the Rangers, a group of high school kids
who are infused with unique and cool super powers but must harness and use
those powers as a team if they have any hope of saving the world.
After X-Men: Days of Future Past, First Class is my favorite
so I'm willing to give the project the benefit of the doubt, but Power Rangers……….maybe
I'm just not the demographics for the movie.
What do you think?
