"He's
more alien than we've seen him for a while," said Peter Capaldi to
Entertainment Weekly. "He's less patient with the foibles of human
beings."
Capaldi
stars as the new Doctor in BBC's upcoming eight series of Doctor Who,
which also stars Jenna Coleman as Clara Oswald.
Steven
Moffat has scripted the first episode and Phil Ford is drafting the
second. Both are directed by Ben Wheatley.
Doctor
Who returns on August 23rd.
