Although Seth Gable's Count Vertigo died, the third
season of The CW's Arrow show, will introduce a new Count Vertigo. This time actor
Peter Stormare will play the character, which comes from DC's New 52.
Called Werner Zytle, the new Count his the ruler of a
small nation called Vlatava, and his involved in organized crime.
