Ahead of this year's SDCC. DC Entertainment, Warner
Bros TV, and Fox have released a new promo poster featuring Ben McKenzie as
Detective Gordon, but re-imagined by Batman: Earth One artist Gary Frank.
Created by Bruno Heller's (The Mentalist), Gotham
stars Ben McKenzie, Donal Logue, Zabryna Guevara, Sean Pertwee, Jada
Pinkett Smith, Robin Lord Taylor, Erin Richards, Drew Powell, David Mazouz,
Camren Bicondova, Corey Michael Smith, Carol Kane, and Kyle Massey.
The pilot episode will premiere at this year's San
Diego Comic Con, but you can catch it on TV on September 22nd.
Gotham Official Synopsis:
Everyone knows the name Commissioner Gordon. He is one
of the crime world’s greatest foes, a man whose reputation is synonymous with
law and order. But what is known of Gordon’s story and his rise from rookie
detective to Police Commissioner? What did it take to navigate the multiple
layers of corruption that secretly ruled Gotham City, the spawning ground of
the world’s most iconic villains? And what circumstances created them – the
larger-than-life personas who would become Catwoman, The Penguin, The Riddler,
Two-Face and The Joker?
