The upcoming Batman-based tv show
will introduce a few of the most iconic characters from the caped crusader's villain
alley, such as Penguin, Catwoman, and Riddler, but during an interview to
HitFix, pilot director and executive producer, Danny Cannon says that another
villain would make him go back behind the camera again.
"I
have a big pitch with Bruno about the Mr. Freeze character, whose origins are
uncertain. If I can win Geoff Johns over and if I can win Bruno over, then I
look forward to the moment where that character can be realized."
Gotham stars Ben McKenzie (Detective
Gordon), Donal Logue (Detective Bullock), Zabryna Guevara (Captain
Essen), Sean Pertwee (Alfred),Jada Pinkett Smith (Fish Mooney), Robin Lord
Taylor (Penguin), Erin Richards (Barbara Kean), Drew Powell (Butch Gilzean),
David Mazouz (Bruce Wayne), Camren Bicondova (Selina Kyle, aka Catwoman), and
Corey Michael Smith (The Riddler).
