Harrison Ford Broke His Leg Not His Ankle On Star Wars Set Accident

In an update on Han Solo's health, PR Ina Treciokas said that the actor broke his leg on the set of the new Star Wars film, correcting the initial reports that the actor had fractured his ankle after a hydraulic door fell on him at the Pinewood Studios, where Star Wars: Episode VII is being filmed.

"Harrison Ford's left leg was broken in an accident. His surgery was successful and he will begin rehab shortly."

Treciokas goes on to say that "He's doing well and looks forward to returning to work".

Star Wars: Episode VII stars Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew, Kenny Baker, Lupita Nyong'o, John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Gwendoline Christie, Domhnall Gleeson, and Max von Sydow.
