Here is the teaser trailer for Richard Ayoade’s The Double, starring Jesse Eisenberg, Mia Wasikowska, Wallace Shaw and Noah Taylor, Yasmin Paige, James Fox, Cathy Moriarty, Chris O’Dowd, Sally Hawkins, Craig Roberts, and Paddy Considine.
In the film Eisenberg stars as an office drone whose
life turns upside down when he meets a man who looks just like him but has the
completely opposite personality.
The Double opens on April 4, 2014 in the UK but at
this time there isn’t a US release date.
The Double Official Synopsis:
Simon is a timid man, scratching out an isolated
existence in an indifferent world. He is overlooked at work, scorned by his
mother, and ignored by the woman of his dreams. The arrival of a new co-worker,
James, serves to upset the balance. James is both Simon’s exact physical double
and his opposite — confident, charismatic and good with women. To Simon’s
horror, James slowly starts taking over his life.
