Universal Pictures has release a new trailer for Crispin Mills’ dark comedy A Fantastic Fear of Everything starring Simon Pegg, Amara Karan, Clare Higgins, Alan Drake, and Paul Freeman.
The story is centered on a children’s author (Pegg)
who decides to change career and write a horrific Victorian murder mystery, but
his phobias throw him into having gruesome nightmares where he is forced to
confront his own demons, which include a laundromat, his love life and a
stop-motion animated hedgehog.
A Fantastic Fear of Everything will be available on
iTunes on January 7 and in theaters on February 7.
A Fantastic Fear of Everything Official Synopsis:
Jack (Simon Pegg) is a children’s author turned crime
novelist whose detailed research into the lives of Victorian serial killers has
turned him into a paranoid wreck, persecuted by an irrational fear of being
murdered. When Jack is thrown a lifeline by his long-suffering agent, and a
mysterious Hollywood executive takes a sudden and inexplicable interest in
Jack’s script, what should be his “big break” rapidly turns into his “big
breakdown” as Jack is forced to confront his worst fears; among them love, laundromats
and serial killers.
