20th Century Fox is looking to adapt Mark Millar’s upcoming comic book Starlight. The comic book is a space fantasy adventure and will be a six-part mini-series centered on a space hero that returns to Earth but is quickly called back up into action hen his spaceship shows up. The comic will fly under the Image comics banner and will be in stores next March.
In addition Simon Kinberg will adapt and produce the
pic. Kinberg is currently producing another of Millar’s works, Kindergarten
Heroes, and is also working on expanding the X-Men franchise and rebooting
Fantastic Four. On another note Kinberg is also attached for a remake of Agatha
Christie’s Murder on the Orient Express.
