We’ve
reported that there are at least three movies getting developed about the Lance
Armstrong doping scandal, which then led to other massive problems, like his
foundation.
About
two months ago we reported that that actor Ben Foster was going to get the lead
role in Stephen Frears movie about Armstrong.
The
second project is being done by J.J. Abrams and Bryan Burk, and is an
adaptation of Juliet Macur’s book, Cycle Of Lies: The Fall Of Lance Armstrong.
The
third and the one that matters for this news, is being done by Jay Roach and is
called Red Blooded American, and according to deadline actor Bradley Cooper is attached
to produce and possibly star.
What
Deadline is reporting is that the Oscar nominated actor is either going to play
Lance Armstrong or his former whistle blower teammate Tyler Hamilton, who after
revealing that Armstrong used drugs was attacked from Armstrong himself and his
fans.
I’m
from a country that likes the sport, and we even have Olympic champions in the
sport, still I don’t really care about Armstrong, the movie or the sport
itself, so yeah… But still reporting.
