With
all the press, photos and trailer we can assume the second film in Peter
Jackson’s The Hobbit trilogy is going to be filled with elves, because here is
another behind the scenes image in Empire Mag. of Peter Jackson on set with Lee Pace, who is
the Elven King Thranduil and the father of Legolas, played by Orlando Bloom and
the new character added to the film Tauriel, played by Evangeline Lilly.
Peter
Jackson’s The Hobbit: The Desolation Of Smaug also stars Martin Freeman, Ian
McKellan, Richard Armitage, John Bell, Jed Brophy, Adam Brown, John Callen,,
Stephen Fry, ryan Gage, Mark Hadlow, Peter Hamleton, Stephen Hunter, William
Kircher, Sylvester McCoy, Graham McTavish, Michael Mizrahi, james Nesbitt, Dean
O’Gorman, Mikael Persbrandt, Ken Scott, Aiden Turner and finally Benedict
Cumberbatch, who will be voicing Smaug.
The
Hobbit is schedule to open on December 13th.
