With
production expected to begin early next year, Star Wars: Episode VII might be
(in my case is) the most anticipated films to come, none the less rumors and
news have a way to follow big projects like this and here is the latest.
According
to some rumor, Han Solo and Leia Skywalker (or Leia Organa which one you
prefer) children, Jaina and Jacen Solo will be the main protagonists in the
film. The rumor was posted on Schmoes Know and said the following:
“Storyline:
Two 17 year old twins, a girl and a boy, are trained by their uncle Luke to be
the greatest Jedi’s in the galaxy. Problems arise when the male twin turns to
the dark side.
Jaina
Solo – Female, 17 years old, lead. – Jacen’s twin sister, one of the greatest
Jedi’s in the galaxy, trained by her uncle Luke Skywalker.
Jacen
Solo – Male, 17 years old, lead – Jaina’s twin brother, one of the greatest
Jedi’s in the world. A loner who is constantly struggling with the idea of
what’s right and what’s wrong. Starts to turn to the dark side. Full of
conviction that what he is doing is the “right thing”. Will eventually become
Darth Caedus.”
Now,
it is a plausible storyline and a cool one, but there is only one problem, which
is called J.J. Abrams.
Abrams
usually keeps is cards close to the vest for as long as possible and I don’t
think that either him or Lucasfilm thought that it would be a good idea to
divulge the story so early on. So either it’s a fake (strong possibility and if
so I’m sorry to be wasting your time) no harm no fault, if it’s true then
s#&t, and whoever is responsible you better hope none discovers it was you,
because if they do, then you probably won’t find any work in the film business
anytime soon.
