The
Oscar winner actor was recently cast in the upcoming Marvel’s Guardians Of The
Galaxy. Del Toro, who was supposed to be Khan in the J.J. Abrams Star Trek Into
Darkness has signed on to play the main villain in James Gunn’s Guardians of
the Galaxy.
Although
the identity of the main villain in the movie has been kept under lock and key,
the character that Del Toro is supposedly going to be playing is also going to
appear in other future Marvel movies, so are assuming that it will be Thanos.
Gunn
has secured a heavy weight cast for Guardians. Including Benicio Del Toro, we
are going to see in the big screen, Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista,
Lee Pace, Michael Rooker, John C. Reilly, Glenn Close and Karen Gillan.
Benicio
Del Toro should join the rest of the cast after he finish shooting Inherent
Vice with Paul Thomas Anderson.
Guardians
Of The Galaxy is schedule to hit theaters on August of 2014.
