With production underway for the upcoming
X-Men: Days of Future Past some photos have appeared into the social media,
like actor Patrick Stewart trying out his Professor X costume. Now it’s time
for actress Halle Barry to try out her Ororo Munroe, aka Storm costume. It has nothing
to do with the one she wore on the previous movies, it’s more like a realistic Ultimate
Storm, without the belly button showing or the cool hair but still…

The plot of the highly regarded comic book goes
something like this:
“The storyline
alternates between present day, in which the X-Men fight Mystique's Brotherhood of Evil Mutants,
and a future timeline caused by the X-Men's failure to prevent the Brotherhood
from assassinating Senator
Robert Kelly. In this future universe, Sentinels rule the United States, and mutants live
ininternment camps. The present-day X-Men are forewarned of the possible
future by a future version of their teammate Kitty
Pryde, whose mind traveled back in time and possessed her younger self to warn
the X-Men. She succeeds in her mission and returns to the future, but despite
her success, the future timeline still exists as an alternative timeline rather
than as the actual future. (The Official Handbook to the
Marvel Universe: Alternate Universes 2005 gave
the numerical designation of "Days of Future Past" Earth as
Earth-811).”
How much of the comic book will end up in the
movie is unknown, but director Bryan Singer told that he is going to change
somethings:
“I
said I’ll ‘fix a few things’ [with Days of Future Past]. It won’t be its
primary function but there will be some fixing. It’s a really cool story, and
incidentally, it facilitates all of these characters.
They weren’t just thrown in there. And they all play a fun role.”
